In 2016, West had her first art show, STAND: a Benefit for Planned Parenthood. To promote the show, she photographed a number of Los Angeles models, musicians and actors and showcased the portraits at the fundraising event.
While the portraits served as a useful tool for artists/influencers to promote the event, the actual donations to Planned Parenthood came from the sale of prints of the artist’s other work, located on the bottom floor of the show.
The project has received numerous write ups in magazines such as Paper, Nylon, Allure, Cosmopolitan and iD.
